Buduci da svaki dio ima razlicitu brzinu rastvaranja i ulaska u krvotok; tocnije probavljivosti u ovome slucaju ce najvjerojatnije biti nesto duzi ulazak i razgradnja zbog kazeina i mlijecnog proteina, a marketing ovog proizvoda je da ujedno i brzo opskrbi organizam proteinima (whey i jajcani p) ali isto tako i omoguci duzu apsorpciju sto je prakticki ili nemoguce ili je dovedeno na srednju vrijednost.</p><p>Preporuka: zamijeni taj p sa cistim whey proteinom (koncentrat ili izolat ovisno a parama)</p><p>što se tice aminokiselina i to tableta (tekuce bi jos mozda i prosle, ali mozda) iza treninga nisu pozeljne zbog toga sto su u krutom stanju i sadrze relativno malu gramazu i omjer aminokiselina - npr. trebao bi uzeti barem 20ak tableta za priblizan efekt whey prasku iz jedne mjerice. </p><p>Ako bi vec uzimao aminokiseline a imas para, svakako bcaa i to u prahu (moguce i tekuce ako nabavis) tablete ne iz gore navedenog razloga. Jednostavno su neisplative i opterecuju organizam (tablete). Takodjer ako bi bio prah bcaa onda rasporedjeno prije i poslije treninga u vecim kolicinama.</p><p>2. Slobodno pojacati.
