    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=15997">milord29</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8117<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2013 at 09:45<br /><br />ma i ja pijem vodu i to dosta.dnevno oko 3-4l vode. <div>jucerašnji meni:</div><div>dorucak: zobene+whey+mlijeko i voda+pola banane</div><div>medjuobrok: breskva+vocni jogurt</div><div>rucak: juneci but bez masti 200g+pire od brokule+salata ( kupus,rajcica,krastavci,mrkva )</div><div>medjuobrok: 200g posnog+ 50g badema</div><div>vecera: whey+posni 200g+ 30g badema</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>stvarno se svakim danom osjecam sve bolje i bolje. cak sam i trcanje juce odradio 45min u komadu :)</div>]]>
