    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=17972">Kettle_Bell</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8041<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 28&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2013 at 19:58<br /><br />Hej, evo ti par savjeta od mene!<br>Smanjiti guzu tj. smršaviti ne možeš bez cardio vježbanja s kojima se gube masne naslage, salo se topi jedino kad je ubrzan puls i tijelo se znoji!&nbsp;<br>Zato ti savjetujem da se primiš svih cardio sprava (traka, orbitrek, bicikl, steper i slicno) i što više se znojiš.<br>Ja za guzu radim steper i meni je odlican!&nbsp;<br><br>Od vježbi kao što su cucnjevi i iskorak jacaju mišici, guza se podiže ali masne naslage se ne smanjuju i zapravo guza može djelovati još i veca!<br><br>Sve to vrijedi i za celulit koji je tu zbog masnih naslaga i najbolje ga možeš smanjiti znojenjem i gubljenjem tih masnih naslaga!&nbsp;<br>Takodjer je vrlo važna prehrana, po onom što si napisala to je odlicno i samo tako nastavi!<br><br>Sretno!<br><br>]]>

   <title>Noge i stražnjica : Evo ovako  imam normalne noge...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=15872">MsElla</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8041<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2013 at 21:59<br /><br />Evo ovako  imam normalne noge tj ne debele ali imam masnih naslaga(celuita) i želim se toga riješiti i da malo smanjiti stražnjicu (sad mi je nekih 95 cm htjela bih samo malcicu manju) i ucvrstiti je malo i podignuti.<br />Radim cucnjeve ali se bojim hoce li mi od toga bedra ojacati i povecati jer ne bih to htjela.Da možda s tim kombiniram dugo trcanje?vijacu??<br /><br />Unaprijed hvala :)]]>
