Opcenito moram poradit na fleksibilnosti malo.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Prije treninga ne, bar ne staticko istezanje. Za to sam na puno mjesta citala da nije dobro - dinamicko da, ali ne staticko.</div>]]>

Ovo 3-6 sati... necu komentirati :) Ozljede isto :) Pobogu pa zar mi pricamo o istezanju ili pokusaju kidanja udova :))) Istezanje mora biti blago i usporeno, i radi se sve dok traje osjecaj rastezanja. Kod prve naznake boli znas da si otisao predaleko.<br /><br />I da, istezanje se radi nakontreninga. Moze se krace istezanje raditi i prije vjezbanja ali nakon zagrijavanja. I ne, istezanje prije vjezbanja nije zamijena za istezanje nakon vjezbana.]]>

No da treba pricekati kako ne bi došlo do ozljeda..šta ja znam, ja se istežem kad dodem kuci, otuširam se, jedem i onda u miru, dakle cca 2-3h nakon treninga]]>
