    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=746">hrvoje_cepin</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 795<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2008 at 21:28<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;ma najbolje ti je raditi podizanje u sirokom hvatu iza i ispred glave. uhvati se za sipku sire od sirine ramena, smiri tijelo i smirenog ga podigni dok trapeznim misicem(onaj iza vrata) ne dotaknes sipku, onda se polaku spusti pa ponovno. ispred glave dotakni sipku prsima . napravi 50 ponavljanja u sto manje serija, bit ce ti tesko u pocetku,ali ojacat ces ne samo ledja nego i podlakticu.</P><P>savjet: nemoj koristiti ono sto omotas oko zglobova, tako ces i podlakticu odraditi.</P><P>bit ces ogroman od te vjezbe.</P><P>uzivaj.</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=35">Lega</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 795<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 01&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2008 at 00:12<br /><br />bez spravica i utega, doma, znaci vlastite snage samo...<br><br>po opisu tricepsa nagacam da si improvizirao kojekakve sklekove, mozda si kod njih i nadosao do nekih pomaka s obzirom na "kut" koje ruke zatvaraju u odnosu na tijelo (obicno sto su dlanovi nize, to vise radi bas taj gornji dio ledja, al to opet ovisi o kojekakvim polozajima glave, tijela, itd. itd. , pa ne znam koliko je to uopce zdravo i preporucljivo)<br><br><br>jedino sto bih ti znao rec je vratilo, hvat u sirini ramena ili malo siri, sake prema naprijed, glava malo gore i probaj pravilno da brada dotakne razinu, kad ne ide ne ide<br><br><br>mada je meni krivo ovo pricati jer s obzirom da nemas nikakve "spravice i utege" , a radis kod kuce, sve je puka improvizacija, izmisljanje, i uglavnom nepravilno izvodjenje <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley18.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
