Dobro, ne pola ali 30% najmanje.<br /><br />EDIT:<br /><br />Što se tice vježbi za masu, moja je preporuka one osnovne vježbe za pocetak. Benchpress, deadlift, cucanj, zgibovi, rameni potisak, razni drugi potisci, itd., s težinom da možeš odraditi 6-8 ponavljanja, a kod svake vježbe 4 serije. Nemoj koristiti sprave, nego samo bucice i šipku. Meni je to na pocetku davalo najbolje rezultate. Medjutim, nemoj pretjerivati s težinom ako nisi tehniku savladao, tehnika uvijek mora biti ispred težine, bez obzira koliko ti masa bila važna. Em se možeš ozlijediti, em ti vježba nece pogadjati prave mišice, pa ti se mišici nece skladno razvijati.<br /><br />Uglavnom, prvo tehnika, a tek onda što veca težina. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Zohan - 17&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2013 at 21:39</span>]]>

Sumnjam da si dobio cistih 3kg mišicne mase u 3mj.<br><br>Sad ako si u vrhuncu puberteta kad tijelo je samo po sebi u stanju "ludosti" sa pravim poticajem i to je moguce.<br>]]>
