Brzo hodanje bilo gdje i bilo kada.<br>Sprave za "topljenje masti" ne postoje; postoje samo ljudi koji vjeruju u takvo sto.<br>]]>

Ako ti je previsok (osjecas sve suprotno od gore navedenog) smanji. Preporuka: ne zamaraj se tim famoznim "heart-rate-ovima" jer isti % maksimuma kod 2 razlicite osobe moze izazvati razlicite reakcije -&gt; jedan ce se&nbsp; puno znojiti a drugi nesto manje. Dakle, uvijek ciljas na osobnu "zelenu zonu" u kojoj topis masti.<br>]]>
