Isto smo visoke, ja imam 5š kg, a moja donja granica je š200 tako da nemam pojma sta si ti to sebi racunala....</FONT></P><P><FONT color=#ff3399>Sto se tice te done granice, nemoj ici ispod toga!!!! Ako organizmu ne das osnovno, on ti to <strong>PAMTI</strong>, a onda ce ti SVE <U>spremati u zalihe</U> jer je preplasen da nece imati dosta za prezivljavanje! Tad ti nece znaciti nista ni pravilna prehrana, ako ce ti organizam uzvratiti spremanjem!!!!</FONT></P><P><FONT color=#ff3399>Takve dijete, s malo kalorija, smiju se provoditi tjedan, dva. Ne zaboravi da ti se tada <strong>metabolizam usporova</strong> i sta onda - nakon nekog vremena pocnes jesti kao i prije i <U><strong>SVE TI SE SPREMA</strong></U>!!!!!</FONT></P><P><FONT color=#ff3399>Predlazem odustanak od istih prije nego si i pocela!</FONT></P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=706">jedna_mala</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 785<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 21&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2008 at 16:16<br /><br />sto vise crobnih vjezbi i nemoj jest previse ugljikohidrata vec vise se baziraj na bjelancevine... bit ce ti malo teze u pocetku se priviknut na to (ne znam kak se hranis inace) ali budes nakon par dana.. i jedi puno malih obroka... &nbsp; <br><br>a sad koliko ces izgubiti - ne znam... ali pretpostavljam da š5 kg u 3 mj sigurno neces.. to ti je preveliki cilj za tako kratko vrijeme i ak izgubis toliko otici ce ti dosta misica i dobit ces jadno, mlitavo tijelo koje ne lici ni na sta... i velika je vjerojatnost da ce ti se desiti yo-yo efekt...<br><br>radje idi postupno- npr. svaki mj kila do 2.. <br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by jedna_mala</span>]]>
