( min 3/4 mj, zavisi od osobe)<br>Ipak se lakše naredaju, nego skidaju.<br>Kad primjetiš da masne naslage ne izglegledaju ko prije, tj. opuštenija koža, tada pocni raditi zatezanje, trbušnjaci, cucnjevi, te ceš tako dobit zadovoljavajucu figuru.<br><div>Moja prijateljica je 2mjeseca jela samo rižu, izgubila oko 20kg, ali je završila u bolnici, tako da pazi na ishranu da ne oslabiš, jedi tunjevinu, piletinu, svako meso je zdravo uglavnom, ne procesirano.</div><div>Pij zeleni caj, ali nezasladjen, probaj sa limunom ako ti ukus nije ugodan, sa njim na dan trošiš cak do 70 kcal ako samo sjediš, te ubrzava metabolizam, kao dar s neba.</div><div>Za stomak traka za trcanje cini cuda.</div><div>Vježbe su ti uredu, samo produži serije, i sve ce se polako zatezati :D<br><br></div>]]>

Krenula sam u teretanu 25.7.2013. i radim na orbitreku i traci za trcanje 15 min, kao zagrijavanje.</span></font><div><font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif" size="3"><span style="line-height: 33px;">Trener mi je rekao da ako hocu smršavit da trebam što više na tome radit. Ali meni predstavlja problem to što bi ja htjela dobit nekakav oblik tijela, da mi se makne to salo sa trbuha i da mi se ucvrste bedra, bokovi i unutarnja strana nogu ( to su mi kriticne zone ). U preharni imam voce, povrce...uglavnom se što mi mama jede jer je ona vegetarijanac. Htjela bi smršavit i dobit mišice, ne sad nešto pretjerano, ali tek toliko da imam nekakav oblik tijela, a ne da sam sva mlohava i da mi se to sve objesi.&nbsp;<br>Od vas bi htjela dam i savijetujete koje vježbe da radim, da se ucvrstim i da mi tijelo dobije oblik. I ako imate još nekakav koristan savijet, slobodno recite. Prihvacam i kritike.<br>Hvala :)</span></font></div>]]>
