I radim biceps-ledja, triceps-prsa, noge-ramena. Trening u prosjeku traje 90 min. Nekad napravim cijeli trening noge, pa onda iduci put ramena i kardio opalim....ovisi kak mi se da. Po meni je ovo navedeno OK.<br><br>Samo imam jedno pitanje.....cucanj u iskoraku na smith mašini? wtf, kako je to izvedivo....ja to radim bez smith mašine<br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Lepy - 09&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2013 at 08:23</span>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=14388">mareee</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7835<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2013 at 17:01<br /><br />Sto se tice treninga, izgleda ovako:<br />Ponedjeljak-noge, ramena<br />noge-cucanj na smith masini, cucanj u iskoraku na smith masini, zanoženje na trenazeru, nozna fleksija, aduktor i abduktor masina, nozni potisak te siroki cucanj.<br />ramena- potisak s bucicama, odrucenje bucica te stojece veslanje, te za kraj kardio 20-30 min<br />Srijeda- triceps-ledja<br />ledja-povlacenje na lat spravi s uskim i sirokim zahvatom ispred glave, te povlacenje iza glave, veslanje s bucicom, veslanje na donjoj koloturi te ledjna hiperekstenzija<br />triceps-pregib bucice, straznji sklekovi, pregib na sajli te triceps potisak na lat masini plus trbusnjaci i kardio 20-30 min<br />petak-prsa-biceps<br />prsa- bench na ravnoj i kosoj klupi, razvlacenje s bucicama, pullover bucicom te na jednoj spravi koju ne znam kako se zove&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> plus trbusnjaci i kardio 20-30 min<br />sto se tice utorka, cetvrtka i subote, tad radim kardio trcim na traci s tim da mjenjam opterecenje, brzo hodanje s najvecim usponom, jos steper, orbitrek ili role ovisi sto je slobodno i traje mi od 45-60 min...eto to bi bio moj trening  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> sad vas molim za kritike, savjete...?  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>

S tim da i hrana to mora podupirat. Premalo hrane/proteina + nedovoljan stimulus na treningu --&gt; gubitak mišicne mase --&gt; usporavanje metabolizma --&gt; usporen ili zaustavljen fat loss. A i vece su šanse za dobivanje masti, pogotovo kad se prehrana naglo poveca.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Što je to tocno sa rukama i nogama? Vidiš po robi, stišce? Oblik se gubi? Više masnih naslaga?</div><div>Ne cini mi se da imaš problem sa kilama, više sa kompozicijom tijela.</div><div><br></div><div>Kako taj trening snage izgleda sada?</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>
