    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=62">tare</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 783<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 25&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2008 at 22:12<br /><br />ja jedem puno voca-i nikad nisam dobio gram viska od voca,istina je da voce sadrzi fruktozu,vocni secer slican glukozi,samo sto sadrzi puno vitamina i minerala,pa ti se bolje drzati toga nego cokolade ili kolaca! <br>Najbolje voce(najjace oksidativno djelovanje) su jabuke,limun,brusnice,banane(iako sadrze dosta kalorija,ali su pune kalija).Grozdje bi npr. trebala izbjegavati ako pokusavas smrsaviti,jer je puno fruktoze,ali i glukoze(grozdjani secer-ne zove se tako bez razloga).<br>]]>
