    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=15049">gili 37</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7821<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2013 at 19:39<br /><br />Hehe upravo takve vjezbice, sa rukama iznad glave, pa odrucene od tjela, pa ispred i iza tjela, onda u iskoraku gdje 1 ruku guram iza, pa sklekovi uz rub kreveta...<br />Radim 4 serije po 40-50 sekundi sa odmorom izmedju od 30 sekundi.<br />Bas sam si sretna jer sam cak dobro istrenirala gornji dio tjela, kad tamo nestane sala na red dolazi donji dio.<br />]]>
