Nisam siguran da je 30 minuta dobar odabir, pocni skromnije sa 15-20 minuta laganog kardia, pretpostavljam da ces trcati. Preferiram HIIT ali trci lagano po parku za pocetak ili na traci ili bilo gdje.<br /><br />The good - NEMOJ pojesti bananu prije trcanja niti ikakve ugljikohidrate jer ce ti to dignuti inzulin u sekundi a to upravo zelimo izbjeci. Ujutro je inzulin na najnizim razinama u danu i upravo to nam omogucava da iskoristimo masne rezerve za gorivo. <br /><br />The ugly - tada je najlakse izgubiti misicno tkivo. Treba jako paziti da ti se ne krene naglo izlucivati kortizol (hormon stresa) i da ne krene katabolizam misica. Neka novija istrazivanja i izvori kazu da je to moguce sprijeciti uzimanjem kvalitetnih di i tri peptida prije treninga (ne kuzim bas biokemiju toliko ali ja si to tumacim kao aminokiseline, djelomicno rastavljene bjelancevine)<br /><br />;)]]>

Pa kad se a viknem onda sa 10 pa doc do nekih 15 kila. Cardio bi nekih 30 minuta minimalno. Ako znate za neki dobri cardio slobodno primam i zahvaljujem na preporukama.]]>
