    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4278">White_Insane</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7795<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2013 at 16:26<br /><br />bolje s mlijekom radi okusa, ali radi ucinkovitosti voda jer ce se brže tako probavit s obzirom da laktoza iz mlijeka uspori probavni proces malo<br><br>dodaci prije i poslije treninga sa iznimkom bcaa ako imaš extremne upale pa piješ i tijekom dana sa marendom i ruckom<br><br>optimalna kolicina ovisi o tvojoj kilaži i tvojim željama što želiš postic, inace neki predložak bi ti bio cca mjerica do mjerica i pol proteina (whey) + 2-3deca tekucine (biraj) + vocka (najcešceš al može i druge kombinacije)<br><br>PWM ti može znaciti post ili pre workout meal<br>Booster je nešto što ce biti najcešce na kofeinskoj bazi da ti razbudi receptore i da imaš više energije<br>Gainer-e nisam proucavao pa to ti ne znam rec :)<br>]]>
