Trebam savjet... rodila sam prije 6mj i ostalo mi je stomaka... dobila sam samo 10 kg u trudnoci i kad sam rodila manje kg sam imala nego sada, ne znam kako u dojenju se skupilo (još uvjek dojim i to dosta), htjela bi skinuti min.5 kg, vidljivo na stomaku i obujmu ruku. Što se tice moje prehrane jako je zdrava i raznolika ali ponekad i obilna.. ne mogu odoljeti vocu i povrcu! Ali jedem sve! prije trudnoce 3-4 puta tjedno trcala sam lagano oko 8 km. e, s trudnocom sam prestala al sam mnogo pješacila. I sada dosta šetam i malo plivam ali samo to valjda nije dovoljno.. 24 sata dnevno je beba uz mene pa sam dosta ogranicena... da, mogla bi naravno kad beba zakunja vježbati ali uvjek nekog posla :P pa me zanima kakve vježbe mi preporucate i što da mjenjam s prehranom???? Samo ceš izgeldati napireno...<div><br></div><div>Program je dobar,i drži se njega...dodatno opterecenje ti može više naškoditi nego pomoci...to su isto mišici....mišici se trebaju odmarati da bi rasli...a ne ih forsirati :)</div>]]>
