    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=15249">Real22</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7765<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 12&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2013 at 12:40<br /><br />pozz,imam 15 godina i trebam savjete kako da povecam masu.<div>visok sam 180cm a imam 54 kile i ektomorf sam,prije 3-4 mjeseca poceo sam vjezbati i dobio sam 4 kile(imao sam tada 50) ali nisam vjezbao i jeo redovito tako da sam ukupno od toga radio mjesec dana pravilno..ali tada sam bio visok 170cm,naglo sam dobio 10 cm u visini.</div><div>moze mi netko dati savjete za prehranu i kakve vjezbe da radim?Dali bih trebao jesti i masnoca?imam niski postotak tjelesne masnoce pa bi mi mozda to pomoglo da se udebljam..u prehranu sam uveo zobene pahuljice 2 puta na dan po 10-15 deka u obroku, a kada vjezbam radim sklekove(s njima sam povecao malo triceps i prsa mi nisu skroz ravna ko prije ) i radim s bucicama npr 8 kila u jednu ruku.</div><div><br></div><div>Sto trebam promijeniti?&nbsp;</div><div><br></div>]]>
