Od začina standard malo soli, papra, majčine dušice i chilija (volim ljuto, a i samo jelo bude ukusnije). Kao dodatak žlica lanenog ulja i/ili mljevene lanene sjemenke. Prednost je kad radim napravim veću količinu pa imam obično obrok za dva dana. Idealno ako si u vremenskoj stisci sa obavezama.<br><br><img src="http://i.imgur.com/cNkMFvk.png" border="0" /><br><br><br>Drugi tip obroka je otkako eksperimentiram sa keto dijetom.<br><br>Obično nekakvo meso ( puretina na slici)+ kuhano povrće(na slici je tikvica + mrkva, ali kako je sezona tikvica sada i donesem ih od doma u Zg uglavnom su one + ili zelene mahune, ili kelj)<br>Obavezno salata nekakva tu konkretno rajčica, paprika, kupus, češnjak sa obaveznom majčinom dušicom, chilijem i lanenim uljem:<br><br><img src="http://i.imgur.com/kVuBaVu.png" border="0" /><br><br><br><br>]]>
