    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=15095">sanjalicaa</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7699<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 25&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2013 at 19:58<br /><br />Pozdrav!&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /><div><br><div>Imam 25 godina, sitnije gradje, visoka 164cm, teška 49kg.</div><div><span style="line-height: 1.4;">Ne smatram se pretjerano mršavom osobom, iako stalno slušam komentare "jedi", "prozirna si" i slicno, što me vec pocinje nervirati...&nbsp;</span></div><div><span style="line-height: 1.4;">Moj pravi problem je premršav gornji dio tijela tako da su mi sve kosti izražene što nije lijepo za vidjeti, a donji dio tijela mi je malo deblji i mlohaviji...&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0" alt="Cry" title="Cry" /></span></div><div><span style="line-height: 1.4;">I da, cim mi se zareda na poslu par stresnih dana izgubim koju kilu pa ju onda pokušavam nabaciti natrag...&nbsp;</span></div><div><br></div><div>Moja silly prehrana i vježbanje se svode na ovo:&nbsp;</div><div>Za dorucak&nbsp;</div><div>(7:00) iscijedjena naranca, kava i eventualno šaka žitarica sa suhim vocem</div><div>(10:00) pecivo iz pekare</div><div>Za rucak &nbsp;</div><div><span style="line-height: 1.4;">(16:00) obicno jedem juhe od povrca, pohano povrce, lisnato tijesto s povrcem, tjesteninu s raznim umacima, rižoto s piletinom, tunjevinu, jaja, salatu... Meso (vecinom pileca prsa) jedem samo 2-3 puta tjedno, a kruh gotovo uopce ne jedem.</span></div><div>U popodnevnim satima pojedem voce ili neki slatkiš, a u zadnje vrijeme griz (kao da se udebljam)&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" /></div><div>Vecera &nbsp;</div><div><span style="line-height: 1.4;">(20:00) mi je neredovita i slicna rucku, plus razno razne grickalice jer mi se može <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" />&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></div><div><br></div><div>Otprilike 2-3 puta tjedno (21:30) trcim laganim tempom 30-40 minuta. A planiram uvesti i par puta tjedno vježbe poput trbušnjaka, sklekova, cucnjeva itd... S obzirom na moju prehranu, trebam li možda kupiti neki proteinski napitak buduci da ne jedem baš cesto meso ili neke druge dodatke prehrani?</div><div><span style="line-height: 1.4;">Željela bi jesti zdravije, nabaciti koju kilu (zbog gornjeg dijela tijela), ali i ucvrstiti tijelo (posebno donji dio).&nbsp;</span><span style="line-height: 1.4;">Vremena i volje imam. Trebam samo od nekud poceti, stoga bi mi svaki savjet/prijedlog dobro došao.&nbsp;</span></div><div><span style="line-height: 1.4;"><img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><br></span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="line-height: 1.4;">&nbsp;</span></div></div>]]>
