    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4278">White_Insane</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7664<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2013 at 12:36<br /><br />Plank, plank2elbow plank, side plank, walking plank to side, walking plank napred-nazad.<br>na šipci za zgibove, sve ove vježbe koje se mogu na podu možeš i tamo, crunch, bicikla, side-crunch, kicks, crisscross, škarice itd. :)<br>Još jedan sklopka :)<br><br>Ima i&nbsp; onako malo extremnijih što smo mi na treningu znali radit<br>netko ti stane na stopala ili ih zakaciš za šipku, digneš ruke iznad glave i ustaneš se stojecki. 3x10 i gotovo<br>Drugi extremniji je bio, napraviš 2 trbušnjaka na kosoj klupici i na drugom kada dodješ na vrh izdahneš stisneš iz sve snage i lupiš se sam ili te netko lupi.<br>Isto tako staneš ruke iznad glave i netko radi "kickove nogom" a ti stisneš na udarcu.<br><br>To su onako kickbox rutine, ne preporucujem ako ne možeš primit udarac :D<br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by White_Insane - 20&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2013 at 12:44</span>]]>

Em me boli trbuh sa svih strana, em imam osjecaj da mi rade i rameni stabilizatori, prsa, sve..napravim 3 serije po 12 komada i upala :D<br>]]>
