kile trcanjem'' svi su nastrojeni teorijom da ces izgubit puno misica. poznam jednog decka koji je skidao salo trcanjem i naravno da je nesto misica otislo, ali salo je otislo gotovo u potpunosti. bf je sigurno nizak, jer ima vrlo dobru vaskularnost. prehrana mu se bazirala na vrlo malo uh.&nbsp;</div>]]>

"lean muscles". za pomoc u definiciji (još si mlad, možeš puno toga izgraditi i bez utega) ubaci nakon ili prije trcanja ili izmedju krugova trcanja sklekove, tricep dips, zgibove, burpees itd., ugl bodyweight vježbe, i da vidiš rezultata (uz pravilnu prehranu, naravno!) <br />sad nek ti odgovore oni koji znaju više od mene i nek me isprave, sretno! <br />p.s. pohvala za motivaciju sa 16 godina :)<br />]]>
