Diskovi se po noci, dok su neoptereceni napune, i sve je osjetljivo. Ne samo utezi, nego opcenito opterecenje,skakutanje, torzija, fleksija, itd. Bez konteksta, cilja, zdravstveno-tjelesnog stanja. Sad je ocito sezona, ljudi su našli istraživanje da cardo maltene ubija, pa dnevno dobijam po 30 mailova na tu temu, a da ni ne razmisle i shvacaju(jer i ne žele, nego upijaju bedastoce kao spužva) kako kada, u kojoj mjeri i za koga.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11203">Jean</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7653<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2013 at 08:34<br /><br />ja sam radila na sekunde, doduše ne hiit trcanje, nego baš onak kružni trening od 5-6 vježbi koje se ponavljaju 3 puta. tak da sam sad odustala od toga, ak vec moram na prazan želudac (jer ne stignem drugacije) radje napravim malo duži trening nešto nižeg intenziteta i onda mi se ne vrti. nakon toga tuš i dorucak i mogu u novi dan :)<br />mislim da ti trebaš probati i vidjeti dal ti odgovara! inace vele da je dobro ujuro napravit trening na prazan želudac, ali to je od osobe do osobe.<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Jean - 17&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2013 at 08:35</span>]]>

Pa vecina reprezentacija svijeta na kondicijskim pripremama(jasno, ovisi o sportu), nakon budjenja se malo zagrije, odradi intervalni na obližnjem brdu, malo teretane, i tek onda na dorucak. Osim ako ne uzmu novu ideju od nekog trenera odavde]]>
