Je li i tebe brine da ces izgledati ruzno ako dobijes male misice? :D Nikako curama &nbsp;ne mogu objasniti da njihovo tijelo ne moze dobiti misice kao i muskarci. Da da, sve je moguce, samo volja. Treniram vec 2 godine (godinu dana sa zeljezom :D ), i ne znam, nekako sam izgubio cilj, ne znam vise sta bih zelio. Ne vidim se u buducnosti u bodybuildingu, na natjecanjima i slicno, jer nekako me ne vuce srce za tim a koristenje ilegalnih preparata mi ne pada na pamet&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" />&nbsp;Nekako bih volio biti fitness model, maneken sta li vec, ali to na balkanu i ne ide bas mislim. Kad sam u pumpu vise volim da se snimam nego da se slikam.&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" />&nbsp;Mozda se primijeti veci lats, trenirao sam ledja/biceps. Taj dan sam prvi put radio mrtva dizanja sa malom kilazom, 40kg. Da da, prvi put.&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley16.gif" border="0" alt="Cool" title="Cool" />&nbsp;Sutradan nisam osjetio nikakvu bol u donjem dijelu ledja ali vec par dana nakon toga vratila se ista bol kao i prije, mozda malo manje samo. Uglavnom zelim reci da su mi mrtva dizanja pomogla, mozda i moze nestati bol. Naime doktor mi je prije par mjeseci rekao da mi misici u donjem dijelu ledja nisu dovoljno ojacani. Necu pretjerivati sa mrtvim, ali hocu ih ubaciti jednom sedmicno kad treniram ledja pa cu vidjeti rezultate za mjesec dva dana. Radit cu 3 serije po 10-15 ponavljanja sa 40kg. Ne zelim se rokati kilazama, bar ne dead liftu&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" alt="T&#111;ngue" title="T&#111;ngue" />&nbsp;jos sam mlad, 17 godina.&nbsp;</div><div>Zelim motivisati svoje vrsnjake i dokazati im da se uz rad, red i disciplinu mogu ostvariti zeljeni ciljevi. I treningom kod kuce se moze dosta ostvariti,kao i ja uz svoj bench i bučice. Ne koristim nikakve suplemente vec sve unosim kroz prehranu, iako nikad nisam brojao kalorije. &nbsp;</div><div>Toliko od mene za danas, trenirajte, jedite, uzivajte, lijepo je vrijeme.&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley41.gif" border="0" alt="Beer" title="Beer" /></div><div><br></div><div><img src="http://i.imgur.com/JKnXQX6l.png" border="0" /></div>]]>
