I nemojte slusati one pizdarije kad ljudi pricaju 'ne jedem poslije š8h, 2 tjedna i izgubila sam 3 kile' i onda dodju za par dana i kazu 'te iste 3 kile su mi se vratile u roku 2 dana'. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br><br>Ista stvar je sa UN dijetom. Ljudi prakticiraju tu dijetu, izgube š5kg a onda, kad se vrate normalnoj prehrani, si u vrlo brzom roku nabiju š7kg i na kraju dodju do toga da su jos dobili kg. A cilj je bio skidanje kilograma - stvarno smjesno. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> (Ovo je vrlo cesta pojava)<br><br>Poslije svakog treninga treba nesto pojesti tj. bilo bi dobro nesto pojesti jer su misici izmoreni i traze hranu. <br><br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Mr G.</span>]]>

Ovisi i o tezini jaja/bjelanjka, tvojoj tezini, potrebi za P iza treninga itd itd... Zato je i lakse uzeti whey nego se stalno muciti s odredjivanjem kolicine P u bjelanjku, jedenjem, kuhanjem i guljenjem itd... Potpuno neisplativo jer jedan karton dodje najmanje š3kn a u prosjeku š5kn, a ti za taj š obrok imas 3-4 obroka whey proteina iste kolicine proteina po obroku!</P>]]>
