    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=14943">dia_blo</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7624<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2013 at 02:00<br /><br />Maratonac nisi procitao dobro 40m jacim pa 20m slabijim intenzitetom pa opet 40m jacim pa 20m+ stajanje...<br><br>A cuj tokom ovih 20m samo pustimo gas, mislim da nebi bilo dobro bas za koljena da prisilno usporavamo jako, nekako mi se lakse cini da samo prestanemo trcati pa kolko se usporimo usporimo, a to obicno bude u tih 20m na nekih 70-80%<br><br>Tehniku poboljsavamo iz treninga u trening to je istina, ali dišemo tokom trcanja, nema bola u zubima niti ništa...a skuzili smo da se brze oporavljamo u ovim pauzama poslije serije<br><br><br>A kaj se tice duljine trcanja, mi zapravo brojimo lampe koje su pored nas, pa nam je nekako lakse s lampama nego sa stopericom<br>]]>

Ne mora znaciti da sprintas ako trcis najbrze sto mozes. No ja cu radi lakseg razumijevanja koristiti potonju definiciju.<br /><br />Prvo, kako je to ukupno 800m sprinta i 800m laganijeg sprinta ako trcite 40m jacim pa 20m slabijim intenzitetom?<br /><br />Ako zelite raditi HIIT onda ovaj dio nizeg intenziteta mora biti mnogo slabiji od 70-80% sprinta. Inace ce manipulacija metabolickim procesima biti neuspjesna (znam, znam, svi mi imamo nagonski osjecaj da je vise bolje).<br /><br />Drugo, meni se cini da jos uvijek niste na maksimumu vec samo prilagodjavate tehniku trcanja. Da li dok sprintate izgubite u potpunosti potrebu da disete, odnosno disanje vam se cini kao smetnja i kao nepotrebno? Da li vas bole zubi?]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=14943">dia_blo</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7624<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2013 at 18:31<br /><br />Pozdrav forumaši :)<br><br><br>Zanima me Vaše mišljenje o treningu koji radimo frend i ja...tj što bi poboljšali, dodali, smanjili, itd... uglavnom konstruktivne kritike :)<br><br><br>Trening radimo 3x tjedno (PON,SRI,PET), po 10 serija<br><br>Po seriji radimo:<br><b><br><font color="#CC6600">40m šprinta svom snagom, odmah iza toga samo pustimo gas 20m (znaci nekih 80% šprinta), nakon toga opet 40m punog šprinta, a zatim 20m koristimo za stajanje.</font></b><br><br>Frend i ja imamo skoro istu brzinu, pa nam to pomaže jer se natjecemo jedan protiv drugoga i dajemo 100% snage<br><br>Nakon serije imamo odmor od 2-3min<br><br><br>Znaci ukupno je to oko 800m punog šprinta i 800m laganijeg šprinta (70%-80% snage)...<br><br>Kao što sam rekao na pocetku, slušam vaše prijedloge za unaprijedjenje treninga...<br><br><br>P.S. vec smo jednom promjenili seriju jer se tijelo naviklo na napor<br><br><br><br><br>]]>
