Imam pivski stomak. Poceo sam da trcim u jutarnjim casovima prije dorucka a navece vjezbam kod kuce.<br>Sada mene interesuje da li prvo praviti kaloriski deficit i skidati stomak i ostalo salo , pa kasnije praviti kalorisku suficit&nbsp; zbog dobijanja misicne mase (uz zdravu ishranu).<br>]]>
