Covjek ga dovoljno sporo probavlja da bi tako djelovao. Vlakna inace usporavaju probavu bjelancevina, cime postižemo ravnomjerniju apsorpciju aminokiselina....voce je zakon nikada dosta....danas mi je bilo muka od trešanja :D</span>]]>
