    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=12018">alen321</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7577<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2013 at 13:11<br /><br />Bok,<br /><br />kalsicni sam ektomorf.193cm,87 kg.Dugo sam u raznim sportovima od tertane,triatlona,trcanja itd...Samo neka boli :)<br />Na prehranu nikada nisam pazio( pramalo vode pio takoder) sto mi je bio minus ali eto,sta je tu je , odlucio sam se malo promjeniti situaciju.<br />Do prije 7 dana sam imao 90 kg jer sam se hranio sa svim i svacim.<br />Unatrag tjedan dana mi jelovnik izgleda(pao sa 90kg na 87 u 5 dana):<br /><br />DORUCAK: proteini ( 9 g proteina) + zobene + banana ("svjestan da moram zamjenit sa vise potenina,bar 24g proteniski,cekam da potrosim ovo)<br />RUCAK1: meso + neki ugljikohidrat<br />RUCAK1: meso + neki ugljikohiradat<br />OBROK( dva sata prije treninga): posni sir (250g) + kruh ( ne bijeli)<br />PRIJE TRENINGA:4 BCAA tablete<br />POSLJE TRENINGA:4 BCAA tablete<br />OBROK:konzerva tuna + kruh<br />PRIJE SPAVANJA:posni sir (250 g) + kruh<br /><br />Jelovnik mi je isto svaki dan 80 %.Jedino sa ruckovima mješam.<br /><br />Molio bih savijet dali trebam što promjeniti ili nadodati.<br /><br />Unaprijed hvala.<br /><br />Alen]]>
