Prehrana je jako bitna...skoro i najbitnija, ali to vjerojatno znaš.... malo još prošvrljaj pa postavi konkretno pitanje. pozz....</div>]]>

Pocela sam s trcanjem, pa sam stala. Upisala sam zumbu na koju idem 2 puta tjedno. No mozda nisam bila dovoljno precizna, mene zanima kako zategnuti tijelo bez teretane? Cucnjeve i ove "natural" vjezbe mogu raditi, znaci bilo bi dobro da pocnem s tim? <br /><br />Sto se tice jelovnika, nije potrebno. Prosvrljala sam po forumu i nasla odgovor, sorry kaj nisam prije objavljivanja posta :)]]>

Imam 22 godine, 168 cm, 78 kg...<br>Protekle 3 godine borim se s kilogramima, malo skinem, pa sve natrag dobijem i tako u nedogled. I moram priznati da mi je toga dosta i želim stati tome na kraj!<br><br>Dijagnosticirana mi je bolest ociju (koja je vjerojatno i razlog mog debljanja <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley7.gif" border="0" alt="Angry" title="Angry" />) zbog koje ne smijem dizati teške stvari, naprezati se itd. Dakle, doktorica mi je napomenula da teretana ne dolazi u obzir, vec samo trcanje, vožnja bicikla po ravnom i slicno. Stoga me zanima što je najbolje za gubljenje kilograma i zatezanje tijela, a da nije vezano uz teretanu? Neke vježbe koje se mogu raditi kod kuce, ili možda neki aerobik...ili nešto slicno... Možda bi cak neki blaži oblik vježbanja u teretani došao u obzir, pa ako ima tko kakav savjet...<br><br>Takodjer, može li mi netko reci kakav jelovnik je najbolji za gubitak kilograma?
