    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9722">Markan1989</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7549<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 23&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2013 at 19:31<br /><br />kakav ti je to naslov, trx su i više nego dovoljne za brutalan trening i sigurno nije ogrnicen ;), baci oko tu <a href="http://fitnessangels.net/" target="_blank">FitnessAngels</a> imaš treninge pa si odaberi opremu i kolicinu spreme ili jednostavno guglaj treninge<br /><br />na trx trakama možeš radit apsolutno sve bodyweight wježbe od zgibova, sklekova, vježbi za core, mogu ti bit potpora za cucnjeve, podizanje kukova privlacenje<br /><br /><br />a što se tice vježbi,<br /><br />od sklekova, veslanja tijelom, trx biceps preib, trx triceps ekstenzija, trx fallout (ne znam hr naziv) za core, zgibovi koje možeš i na neoj šipki, propadanja (ili dips ako više tako voliš) trx podizanje kukova (hip raises) cucanj na jednoj nozi uz pomoc i stabilizaciju trx traka, izbor je ogroman<br /><br />uglavnom za svaku pull vježbu radi jednu pull i treniraj cijelo tijelo u svakom treningu (3-4 puta tjedno) <br /><br />nadam se da sam ti pomogao, pozz]]>

Stvarno odlicna stvar, ali mislim da bi bilo puno bolje kad bi mi neko reka koje vjezbe da radim jer treniram sa trakom vec mjesec dana i nisam siguran da je "program" kojeg sam ja napravia idealan...<span style="line-height: 1.4;"></span></div><div><span style="line-height: 1.4;">Treniram svaki dan, jedan dan ruke i ramena, a drugi dan noge - bar sam ja to tako zamislia, ali to ne znaci da mislim da dobro radim&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0" alt="C&#111;nfused" title="C&#111;nfused" /></span></div><div><span style="line-height: 1.4;"><br></span></div><div>Nemam nista drugo osim TRX trake i bucica od 10kg, tako da ne mogu bit bas kreativan sa raznim vjezbama koje bi radia...</div><div><br></div><div>Moj "program", kojeg sam napravia, je u PDFu pa ne znam kako bi vam ga uploadira da vidite sta radim, ali mislim da ne propustate previse, mozda i bolje da ne vidite :)</div><div><br></div><div>Uglavnom, treba mi vas savjet, kako da treniram, koje vjezbe da radim... pa ako nije problem, bia bi zahvalan na bilo kakvom savjetu.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>
