    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=361">dalila</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7544<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2013 at 20:24<br /><br />Sa insanitiem neceš sigurno dobiti mišice :D Proteine koristiš svaki dan i ovako i onako, proteinski dodaci prehrani su samo to...dodaci... kad ne možeš dovoljno proteina unjeti putem hrane, a strije dobiješ upravo na one nacine koje je naveo Mike, eventualno usljed prenaprezanja u pumpu na bicepsu sam znala vidjeti da su dobili strije...a ne od proteina :D]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=14705">CookieTheMonsta</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7544<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 22&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2013 at 21:51<br /><br />Pokušavam paziti na kalorije, pratim ih preko my fitness pal i to redovno, uvijek budem u granicama koje mi tamo pišu (1200 kcal) ali budem u granicama tek kad vježbam inace budem 200-300 kalorija iznad, kad ne radim ništa onda pazim da ne predjem granicu<br><br>Ovakav bi bio klasican dan: <br>-ujutro:<br>zobene + cokoladne pahuljice + voce (višnje ili naranca) &nbsp;sve to kuhano u mlijeku (inace voce stavim na kraju) toga pojedem ili 60 grama ili 100 grama ovisi kako idem u školu (ako idem ujutro u školu onda jedem više)<br>-rucak:<br>pecena piletina ili svinjetina u obliku šnicle + povrce + 1-2 male šnite kruha( najcešce crni ili sa sjemenkama rijetko kad bijeli kruh )<br>-navecer: <br>jedem isto tako nekakvo meso, mljeveno meso(faširi) ili piletina ili svinjetina + povrce + 1-2 male šnite kruha (sa sjemenkama/crni ili bijeli ali rijetko kad bijeli) u medju vremenu pojedem nekakvo voce ili ništa, zna mi se tu i tamo dogoditi da pojedem ili kikiriki prženi ili malo cokolade.]]>

I cisto da napomenem da radim instanity program, ne idem u teretanu ako to išta znaci xD. I dali je pametno da samo na kratko probam sa proteinima, znaci da koristim neko vrijeme pa da prestanem ak mi ne odgovara ili da onda uopce ne pocinjem ako cu tako ? Takodjer imam ogromnu paranoju da cu dobiti strije, kolika je mogucnost da se dobiju, jer dvojica mojih prijatelja su pocela koristiti proteine i dobili su strije nisam siguran kako, ali me zanima ?<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by CookieTheMonsta - 22&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2013 at 20:58</span>]]>
