Ja imam 16 godina i krenula sam prošle godine u teretanu. U pocetku me bilo sram i svi su me pitali "Zar tako mlade cure idu u teretanu?", ali nadje se stvarno za svakoga ponešto. Nakon jedno 4 mjeseca sam se oslobodila straha i pokušala vježbati nas vim spravama i od tada sam zapravo pocela koristiti puno više njih, one koje mi odgovaraju.&nbsp;<div>Bitno je krenuti i onda dobijete naviku i budete jako zadovoljne sobom&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" /></div>]]>

Toplo preporucam svim ženama,bez obzira na dob, da se bave nekom tjelovježbom.<br />ne samo da nema nikakvih bolova,nema pms,menopauze,<br />snage ko u prici, i svakodnevo osjetim neku dobrobit,pa makar to bilo trcanje za busom ili tramvajem!<br /> <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
