A i idealna je za ljude kojima je npr kettlebell jedino sredstvo vježbanja, velika vecina kbell kompleksa je bazirana na ovoj metodi, samo je nažalost rijetki navode, Mahler, Whitley,..  Za one iz kettlebell domene evo Whitleyevog cllanka, nadam se da auteru ne smetahttp://www.mikesgym.org/articles/index.php?show=article&articleID=65 ]]>
