    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=14577">Buffy</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7475<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 22&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2013 at 20:26<br /><br />krenula sam i s treningom snage, zbilja nije po mom guštu ali evo znam da moram. pustim dobru muziku u pozadini. krenula sam s programom od extremefita za pocetnike.<br><br>trebati ce mi vremena da zapamtim vježbe, stalno gledam u papiric s bilješkama. <br><br>za pocetak si dajem mjesec dana :D da vidim koliko toga je moguce napraviti u 30 dana. slatko je i ce biti pod kontrolom i klopa isto. što više ekstra kretanja sa strane.<br><br>da ponovim mjere:<br><br>kg cca 60.8 <br>visina: 150 cm<br>struk: 80 cm<br>bokovi: 103 cm<br><br><br>neki konacni cilj:<br><br>48 kg<br>visina: 160 cm :D (trcim po kiši i nikako da narastem)<br>struk: 70 cm<br>bokovi: 93 cm<br><br>mislim da je sve realno i izvedivo, osim visine :D<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=14577">Buffy</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7475<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 16&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2013 at 13:27<br /><br /><p>recimo da nisam trenutno u motivirajucoj okolini pa vježbe u stanu ne dolaze u obzir (nije izgovor, stanje situacije je).</p><p>otišla sam biciklom u vožnju, sutra budem na trcanje.</p><p><br></p><p>što se zuzane tice, nisam još za to spremna, miljama daleko. ne bi radila ništa ne brzinu što se snage tice jer koliko sam citala vježbe snage se moraju raditi ispravno jer postoji mogucnost od ozljede. vježbe snage nisam radila nikad pa bi to trebala dobro prouciti i imati komp ili tv u blizini.</p><p>ostajem pri biciklu i/ili trcanju dok se ne vratim doma. napominjem na žalost ne radi se o izgovoru jer imam volje i želje.&nbsp;</p>]]>

Ako imaš 3 kvadrata slobodna, ili i u kupaoni, minutu promrdaj zglobove od glave do pete, minutu jumping jacks, mountain climber ili cross mount.climber,inchworm, squat jump,jump with knee tuck, jumping lunge, lunge with overhead press(imaš bucice), quad pushup ili bilo koji oblik, knee tuck jump, crab walk aki nemaš mjesta 2 pomaka napred 2 natrag, pa http://jillianmichaelsbodyshred.com/move/cardiostanding/jump-jack-squat-touch-ground, broj kombinacija beskonacan, probaj izmjenjivati u svakoj slijedecoj seriji drugi dio tijela, po xx sekundi ili minutu, ne znam tvoju kondiciju, pa ako te ne ubije ponavljaj. Kod vecine vježbi možeš kombinirati i utege. Drži dinamiku, ako ti par minuta ne digne puls na tvojih 190, krivo radiš. u toku dana 2 puta po par minuta, barem. Doskok obavezno mekan,amortizirajuci na prste ne na petu, tek nakon amortizacije citavo stopalo dolje. Ako ti je bucica blizu,i minutu turkish getup, ljudi vec rekli burpee - marinac,skoro izostavih. Za sve imaš video na googlu, bilježi i trening i rezultate da vidiš napredak.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A ako ti se ni ovo ne da, posudim ti svoje pse, to je i kardio i trening snage :) ]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=4278">White_Insane</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7475<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 16&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2013 at 10:52<br /><br />Fino odeš u parkic a prije toga odeš na jubito i pogledaš zwow bilo koji broj od 1-60 koliko ih trenutno ima, vecina ih je potpuni bodyweight i traju od 20-30minuta, treba ti malo mjesta i još si na zraku.<br>Ako si spremna ic van na bajk, isto tako umjesto bajka možeš ic trcat, pa radi dionice šprintanja, but kickova, high kneesa, sunožnog skakanja i slicno, uvijek se nadje x-y opcija.<br><br>Eto troje ljudi i tri prijedloga, to ti je sasvim dovoljno da znaš da imaš opcija :))<br>A sad dosta izlika i ajmo šetnja :D<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2034">Gym_girl</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7475<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 16&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2013 at 10:42<br /><br /><br>...a jedini trening se može pred tv-om odradit? <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" alt="T&#111;ngue" title="T&#111;ngue" /><br><br>Na raspolaganju imaš:<br>- bar jedan slobodan prostor<br>- vlastito tijelo<br>- bocice, knjige, torbe, stolice.....bilo što što može poslužit kao teret i oprema<br><br>Draga....sklekovi (ženski ako ne možeš muške), cucnjevi, iskoraci, varijante toga......dipsevi na stolici....bocice u ruku i radi ramena, ledja... torbu na ledja i cucnjaj, diži se na stolicu...igraj se, traži varijante vježbica koje možeš izvest....pa i bez svih tih "rekvizitica", samo da odradiš sklekove, cucnjeve i iskorake napravila si nešto.<br><br>20 min, 20 min, ako je intezivno bit ce dovoljno - odradi sve u krugu, na vrijeme ili ponavljanja i to je to, nema filozofije <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /><br><br>Pogledaj si videe od extreme-a i zapamti vježbice....složi si neki treningic od svega toga i vidjet ceš koliko ti malo treba da odradiš dobar trening....samo volja i malo kreativnosti <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /><br><br>Naravno, šetnja i ostalo su uvijek dobrodošle dodatne aktivnosti ....<br><br><br><br>]]>
