Ja svoj vozim svaki dan, po dva sata i za 4-5 mjeseci sam smršavila 15 kila. A što se tiče mišića nogu i guze, nisam primjetila da su ojačali nešto previše, malo jesu naravno, ali ja sam zadovoljna, valjda i zato što inače nisam baš imala jače noge.&nbsp;]]>

Onak je jaca...nije vise tanka :D najvise to primjetim nazad ispod straznjice,uzduz noge i sprijeda tik iznad koljena... Kukovi su isto cvrsti. Sve je to lijepo,samo ne bih voljela da se se vise sirim u nogama...bar ne puno,ako me shvatas... Zato i pitam one koji imaju iskustva dokle to ide i kakve rezultate da ocekujem za koji mjesec....cisto da vec sad znam zelim li to :)]]>

Nije vama puno, maratatonac,ali nekome kao ja ko je vise od tri mjeseca stagnirao je jedan veliki start, vjeruj mi. Srecom je sezona biciklizma pa mozes provjeriti na Eurosportu koliko su velike noge biciklista.<br /><br />Prije da si neprimjetno pojacala prehranu zbog dodatnog napora ili ti se mozda nakuplja voda oko zglobova.]]>
