    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=594">lifestyle</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 738<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 28&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2008 at 12:05<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;ovako,imam š3 godina,idem u 7 razred,i imam oko 2 cm sala na trbuhu.jel se ja mogu tog nekako rijesit,treniram vaterpolo,a uz to jos navecer treniram:</P><P>&nbsp;200 trbusnjaka</P><P>&nbsp;&nbsp;3x20 sklekova</P><P>&nbsp; 3x25 ledjnjaka </P><P>&nbsp;&nbsp; i &nbsp;3x25 cu</P><P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; i tako 3 puta,ili vjezbam ovo:</P><P>dizanje utega(biceps,triceps...),i nakon svakog dizanja utega(radim uglavnom 3xš0)radim skakanje(kada dignem ruke gore,noge rasirim i obrnuto,tako 2 minute,nadam se da kuzite)i tako po š5 puta,sto traje oko š:š0</P><P>jel mogu kako skinut to salo ili...</P><P>&nbsp;</P>]]>
