Babice, kompletno smo na istoj shemi. Ali ima neka razlika ja nemogu bez dorucka ali nemoras jesti zobene. Naprimpjer sto ja napravim. Zamutim 2 jaja napravim prazni omlet 2 snite kruha neke sunkice, u ovitku, pileca, pureca i malo posnog sira, zrnati sir. na jednu snitu stavis sunkicu, pa na to taj omlet i malo posnog sira stavis drugu snitu kruha i prerezes na pola. Ako ti se neda doma jest mozes ga jest po putu i salica svijezeg ocijedenog soka. Ako se jos neceg sijetim bum ti napisala. puseeee<br>]]>

Ove same brze šecere zaboravi, vec si se i previše puta uvjerila da to ne ide. Ili vec ako želiš nešto slatko obavezno još nešto skombiniraj s tim...posni npr.<br><br>Ni meni baš sami šeceri ne naprave dobro...ne baš tako kao tebi ali isto se trudim izbjegavat, pogotovo zbog gladi koja me skrši poslije.<br><br>Za sada samo izbjegavaj nagle skokove šecera u krvi...što je da je, ne rade ti dobro.<br><br><br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8711">baba44</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7357<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 26&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2013 at 14:31<br /><br />ma,otici cu ja kod dr.,ali samo ovak isto razmišljam,kaj od Uh jedem?! i gdje griješim,jer mislim  da jedem složene Uh.<br />jedino zobene jedem , ajmo reci same Uh,a sve ostalo kombiniram,npr. meso,riža i hrpa povrca i salate,i neke slicne komb. koje ukljucuju i prot. i Uh,i masti.<br />jucer sam jela sladoled,po putu do doma,ajmo reci, nakon pola sata,sam mislila da cu svisnuti od gladi,pocela sam se tresti,ko šiba.onda sam pojela zobene s medom i mlijekom i cimetom,pa whey. malo kasnije jogurt,i bilo je ok,više nisam mogla ništa  utrpati u sebe,bila sam sita.<br />ali,ima još jedna stvar, ne znam jel si citala onaj moj 1.blog gdje sam pisala da imam BAP?!<br />vidiš,za sada još uvijek na žalost,pijem xanax,a ako imam "bolest nepodnošenja nekih šecera" ( tak piše u nuspojavama),onda bi to moglo biti to.<br />uglavnom,vidim da imam  kompliciranog posla<br /><br /><br /> <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley29.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>

Onda mi to baš i ne lici na ovo o cemu pricamo, šecer bi bio nizak....prije na poremecaj tolerancije glukoze kojeg sam spomenula, a to cesto vodi prema dijabetesu... :/<br><br>sad, ja bih voljela da se nadje netko ko se više kuži, ja to sve nekako vadim iz sjecanja jer sam dosta citala o tome, malo s neta, malo sama spajam...ali nije to to...ne bih ti voljela govorit krive stvari i strašit te, tako da bolje ne pisat previše nego ti odmah odleti kod doktora pa da vidimo!<br><br>A cuj, ja bih u svakom slucaju, dok ne saznaš što je, izbacila sve brze šecere, i odabirala složene uh-e, dakle one koji se što sporije otpuštaju u krv i to obavezno sa proteinima, nikako same uh-e. Jedan uravnotežen obrok sa puno vlakana. I inace i ako želiš doruckovati - a ako ti se neda uh-e ujutro probaj proteine sa mastima kombinirat. <br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Gym_girl - 26&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2013 at 14:08</span>]]>
