Prestani s tim opsesijama i pocni jest ko normalni ljudi i ako samo malo pripaziš, mršavit ceš. <div>&nbsp;</div><div>Koliko to govorim tebi, govorim i sebi. Jedina faza kad sam uspjevala mršavit je bila ona kad sam normalno jela, kao i svi drugi ljudi, rucak - glavno jelo, prilog, salata, jela sam kruh, tjesteninu i sve drugo. Pazila sam samo da se ne natpravam, da nije baš masno i sl. I vjeruj mi kile su išle sporo, ali su išle i nisu se vracale. </div><div><br>Poslije su mi internet i mediji isprali mozak, tako da se sad više ne hranim normalno, a imam više kila nego ikad. Uvijek nešto ne jedem ili kruh ili voce ili ugljikohidrate ili kurac palac i sad izgledam ko tenk. Treba to sve zaboravit i vratit se NORMALNOJ prehrani. </div><div><br>Evo, ja se vec 4 dana normalno hranim, bogat dorucak, normalan rucak i laganija vecera i super sam. Sretna, zadovoljna, normalna. Nisam ni mršavija ni deblja, ali postoji jedna važna razlika - niti jedan dan nisam u trgovinama kupovala slatkiše, cemu inace ne mogu odoljet jer sam, kad malo razmislim, polugladna. Sad se narucam i odem u trgovinu i prolazim pored slatkiša ko pored turskog groblja, tako da mislim da cu u dugom roku ipak mršaviti. <br><br>Probaj se prvo "centrirati psihicki" i vratiti u neki normalan ritam obroka - dorucak, rucak, vecera, jedno mjesec dana. A onda probaj to smanjivati. Ako si izgubila kompas, kao ja, onda mislim da ce nam to pomoci. </div>]]>

Izracunaj BMR I TDEE, od TDEE oduzmi 500 kcal i onda unosi toliko http://www.dijeta.net/BMR-TDEE.htm<br />Imaš puno primjera tudjih jelovnika iz kojih možeš uzimati ideje.Jedi meso, povrce neograniceno, ribu, posni sir, jaja, cjelovite žitarice npr. zobene, ubaci malo voca, orašastih plodova i sl.
