    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=585">-LBS-</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 723<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 01&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2008 at 20:16<br /><br />vrlo jednostavno...organizam ima 3 izvora energije...prvo je ono sto imash u krvi i sto si taj dan jeo...drugo je salo...i zadnje je katabolizam il ti raspadanje misica...e sad malo detalja<br /><br />Da potrosis zalihe od danas treba ti cca 30 min trcanja...tek onda prelazish na drugi izvor energije a to je salo...tu dolazi do problema...jedini nacin da salo sagorjeva je ako tvoj organizam ima dovoljno molekula L-Carnitine-a...nakon sto potrosis sve L-Carnitine nastupa zadnji izvor il ti raspad misica...<br /><br />E sad ako tvoj organizam nema dovoljno L-Carnitina ti mozesh trcat do vijecnosti jer ce se desiti ovo...potrosit cesh sve zalihe iz organa i krvi...salo ce ti se trositi nekih 5 min jer cesh ostat bez L-Carnitina i onda nastupa katabolizam...<br /><br />Ima ljudi koji su samo po sebi slabi na tim L-Carinitima tako da moze to biti problem...<br /><br />Posto trebamo potrositi prvo zalihe u krvi da bi doshli do sala...bilo koja sportska aktivnost je dobra...cak i dizanje utega...]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=62">tare</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 723<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 31&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2008 at 23:44<br /><br />Zasto sam ja mislio(ocito pogresno) da je za skidanje kila crobnitrening-to jeste lagani dzoging ili plivanje npr. a ne rad sa utezima uteretani.<br>Moj problem je sto zivim trenutno u Austriji,a ovdje&nbsp; je kvalitetanamirnica NULA.Fora su sad trenutno za raju "Bioprodukte",a neki danokrenuo te famozne biomusli,kad tamo od masnoca 40% zasicenemasnoce.Dje si kako si,Bio:D<br>&nbsp; Jedna stvar mi samo nije jasna: poznajem ljude koji su trenirali i prestali i prehrana im je nula kvalitete,a opet se ne debljaju nijedno jedino kilo.Dok s druge strane ja treniram dzudo i rukomet od 7 godine,i sad kako sam prestaozbog faksa,idem 4 puta sedmicno na trcanje po sat vremena,sto mi nije nikakav napor,vec mi nasuprot godi-kondicijom sam prezadovoljan.Zasto onda sukladno time ne ide i salo?<br>Zahvalan za svaki savjet...<br><br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by tare</span>]]>

U ostalim danima mazi oslic, sardine, piletinu, posni sir itd. itd.<br><br>Ja sam u zadnje vrijeme poceo vise kupovat sardine - ok su. Imas one eva za nekih 8,9kn cini mi se. Imas u rajcica umaku, u ulju sa limunom itd itd. Samo ocjedis to ulje i mazes isto ko i tunu. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br><br><br>]]>
