Imam 29 godina, u sretnom sam braku, 2 sina <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" />.<br><br>U teretanu idem malo više od 2 mjeseca, napredak vidim vec odavno. Cilj mi je malo naglasiti mišice i dobiti barem 5 kg. Visoka 175, prije teretane imala 52 kg, sad sam na 55.7 :) Mišici se lijepo oblikovali, jedino još to dupe da se ucvrsti, i želim malo naglasiti ramena i listove. Pazim na prehranu, trudim se jesti i kad nisam gladna, zbog djece je uvijek neka zdrava kombinacija, svježe voce, razne vrste mesa i ribe, povrce...Kako sam citala po netu, mislim da sam ektomorf, vec zadnjih 15 godina ne micem s 52 kila i to me užasno frustrira (lo). Sad vidim da micem s mjesta :) Cak i nakon trudnoca se kilaža vrati na 52; prije 2.5 godine sam bila 19 kg teža nego sad...U roku od par mjeseci sve spalo bez da sam prstom maknula. Dakle, trebam savjete za što obilnije i hranjivije obroke, kako ih 'napumpati'? <br><br>Eto, toliko, nadam se ugodnom druženju <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" /><br>]]>
