    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=13617">cherry_89</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7205<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 25&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2013 at 08:34<br /><br /><p>pozdrav! imam 23 godine, visoka sam 164cm, teška 62-63 kg. prije 2 mjeseca krenula sam s vježbanjem u teretani, kombinacija malo traka, bicikl, malo utezi i sprave. što se tice prehrane tu sam slaba jer mi je puno toga fino :( i ako odlucim nešto smanjiti/izbaciti, cim malo probam kasnije mi je teško ostati na tom "malo". nisam neki karakter što se tog tice.</p><p>moj je cilj unutar 4-5 mj doci na težinu od 55 kg. koje vježbe mi preporucate za postizanje tog cilja? što se tice definicije, voljela bih si samo podici guzu (ima je, bojim se da se ne objesi :P), a ostalo ako dodje-dodje.&nbsp;</p><p>a što se tice prehrane...studentica sam, stoga nemam baš novaca za neka posebna jela, a moji doma nemaju baš razumijevanja kad &nbsp;nešto odlucim promijeniti u prehrani..postoji li neka prihvatljiva zlatna sredina?</p><p><br></p>]]>
