Cijelo tijelo ili samo dio koji ste vjezbali ? Pratite li odredjeni program istezanja ?</div><div>Ja sam u &nbsp;zadnje vrijeme poceo forsirati intenzivno istezanje poslije treninga i imam problem da me sljedeci dan zatezu nenormalno i lagano bole tetive/misici/ligamenti u predjelu kukova/bokova/prepona.</div><div>Hladim kad dodjem kuci i pomogne mi, al opet... </div><div>Sa zglobovima mi je sve uredu.</div><div>Preporuke za dobar, neforsirajuci program istezanja ?</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Hvala<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" height="17" width="17" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /></div>]]>
