Dorucak-200g zobenih + 2Dl mlijeka + Jabuka 200g <br /><br />2. Medjuobrok-Jabuka 200g <br /><br />3.50 g tjestenine+ 1/5 jaja+ 125g Posnog + 100g kruha <br /><br />4. Medjuobrok-Jabuka 200g <br /><br />5.100g Piletine 125g posnog 50g tjestenine <br /><br /><br />ovo bi bio recimo novi: 1. Dorucak-200g zobenih + 2Dl mlijeka + Jabuka 200g <br /><br />2. Medjuobrok-Jabuka 300-400g<br /><br />3.Rucak-50 g tjestenine+ 1/5 jaja + (salata)<br /><br />4.medjuobrok prije treninga 50g tjestenine/riže/ ili 200g krumpira +125 posnog sira +(salata)<br /><br />5.100g Piletine 125g posnog 100g kruha + (salata)]]>

Dorucak-200g zobenih + 2Dl mlijeka + Jabuka 200g<br /><br />2. Medjuobrok-Jabuka 200g<br /><br />3.50 g tjestenine+ 1/5 jaja+ 125g Posnog  + 100g kruha<br /><br />4. Medjuobrok-Jabuka 200g <br /><br />5.100g Piletine 125g posnog 50g tjestenine <br /><br />drugi primjer :<br />1.Dorucak-200g zobenih + 2Dl mlijeka + Jabuka 200g <br /><br />2. Medjuobrok-Jabuka 200g <br /><br />3. Rucak-200gBijelog Mesa + 125 P.sira +200g Krumpira + 100g kruha<br /><br />4. Medjuobrok-Jabuka 200g <br /><br />5.Vecera 125g posnog +5 bjelanjka + 200g krumpira to su neki primjeri...<br />Evo ovako ko što vidite medjuobrok mi je isti.... znaci dali je ovo dobro? ili bi morao mjenjat redosljed hrane ne znam podjeliti? jer ako valja meni odgovara ovako puno!nebi mjenjao po mom no ak moram ako bi bilo dobro reci te svoja mišljenja i šta? kolko cega?...da stavljam bademe u medjuobrok orase?dodatno sa jabukom....jer poslje 4 medjuobroka mi ide trening pa 5 vecera! dajte savjet! :) pokažite se heheh trebala bi mi pomoc tude :)<br /><br />]]>
