Svi mi smo razliciti. Što se tice ovog što si napisala, na dobrom si smjeru i rezultati ne bi smijeli pobjeci.]]>

Treniram vec 2 godine i hranim se zdravo. Želeci dobiti iskljucivo na mišicnoj masi,povecala sam ucestalost treniranja i znatno povecala unos proteina uz visokoproteinsku hranu i whey. Pazim na prehranu prije i nakon treninga. To ukljucuje i veceru,što prije nisam obicavala imati. Imam li razloga strahovati od masnih naslaga? ]]>
