Koliko i kada ga smijem jesti? HVALAA]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=13873">yousuck</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7027<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2013 at 01:23<br /><br />Pozdrav svima :-) duze vrijeme pratim ovaj forum i ima super stvarcica.pa odlucih se predstaviti i ja. imam 21 godinu,visoka sam 173 i trenutacno imam 60 kg.Moj cilj je doci na nekih 56-57 kg,ali nisu mi ni bitne kile,vec centimetri i kondicija.Prije 10 dana krenula sam u teretanu,upisala sam No limit :).Prvih par dana jela sam uglavnom proteine,sada jedem proteine i raznoliko povrce, kruh uopce ne jedem jer nisam ni prije bila fan kruha i slatko takodjer (jedino slatko što pojedem je odredjeno voce)...U teretani zasada radim kardio ( traka,steper,orbitrek itd) i plus vjezbe poput squats,cucnjevi,trbušnjaci ...pa sam mislila drugi mjesec lagano i na sprave :-) Htjela bih stanjiti malo bokove i bedra,pa&nbsp; etoo vaši savjeti su dobrodošli :)) hvala i pozdrav svimaaa<br>]]>
