    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9722">Markan1989</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7002<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2013 at 15:03<br /><br />Prehrambene vrijednosti su za 100g suhog tijesta (koje se kasnije napuhne zbog vode itd i bude teže ali opet ima isto toliko kalorija jer kako svi znamo voda nema kalorija) isto kao i s rižom i krumpirom.<br /><br />Samo da kažem da preporucam tjesteninu kuhanu "al dente" tj "za zub" koja nije ni prekuhana ni presna jer tada ima manji glikemijski indeks. Isto tako integralna tjestenina je bolji izbor od obicne (naravno prava integralna tjestenina).<br /><br />Pozz]]>
