Kako si naglasio MIšIcNU masu, generalno ne bi trebao, no to ovisi o tvojem metabolizmu, tjelesnoj gradji, reagiras li dobro ili lose na ugljikohidrate, s cim bi kombinirao (buduci da su zganci pretezito U i to oni jednostavni, mogao bi s P), u koje doba dana, kakav trening imas, opcenito da li ti se uklapa u jelovnik, kako kalorijski tako i kao izvor ugljikohidrata. Ako se ne varam, zganci su dosta visokog GI tako da ti i to govori u koje ces ih doba dana jesti ako ih uopce jedes.<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=570">rebel</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 698<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2008 at 18:05<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;pozdrav, ako moze neki strucniji kometnar na moj&nbsp; jelovnik  ?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp ;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp ;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  vec sam gore pisao u cemu je problem i ima vec dva mjeseca da prakticiram drukciji nacin ishrane + redoviti odlazak u teretanu (3-4 puta tjedno)</P><P>Npr. jedan moj dan :</P><P>ujutro 0,3l - 0,4l mlijeka(0,9 %) + zobene ili neki mix zobene , psenicne itd. +</P><P>nekad banana ili neko dr voce ...</P><P>drugi obrok opet neko voce ili sir, nista previse</P><P>obrok prije treninga razlicito uglavnom bogato ugljikohidratima</P><P>odmah poslije traninga&nbsp;razmutim &nbsp;3 -4 bjelanca + 0,3 l vode , red cokolade , banana .....</P><P>2 do 2,5 sati oslije treninga obrok bogat proteinima i ugljikohidratima ( piletina, razna riba, riza , krompir ....)</P><P>vecera 0,3 - 0,4 mlijeka (0,9 % m.m), posni sir .....</P><P>i ovakom prehranom unesem prosjecno oko š20 g proteina, 250 ugljikohidrata. pa me zanima trebam li nesto promjeniti, dodat ili &nbsp;oduzet ili zamjenit neki obrok .Takodjer mislio sam dodati whey pa me zanima kad da ga uzimam ?</P><P>Hvala&nbsp;&nbsp;<IMG style="CURSOR: pointer" &#ššš;nclick="AddSmileyIc&#šš1;n'smileys/smiley2.gif'" alt=Wink src="https://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"></P>]]>
