Za prevenciju ozljeda ili ostecenja zglobova je vaznija&nbsp;pravilna tehnika izvodjenja pojedine vjezbe, i zagrijavanje prije treninga, nego vrsta treninga. Pazi samo da odradis dobro zagrijavanje prije treninga i istezanje nakon treninga i kao sto vec i sam znas slusaj svoje tijelo i ako vidis da nesto nije u redu mijenjaj program.]]>

Nesto novo, mali odmor izmedju serija, povecano znojenje i sl. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br><br>Znas kaj me zanima, da li kod ovakvog principa treniranja se vise 'trose' zglobovi nego kod obicnog split treninga jer ovako se ipak radi cijelo tijelo svaki puta. Varijacije cucnjeva, potisaka - da li to direktno utjece na 'trosenje' zglobova?<br>]]>

I ne radi se dl i cucnjevi u svakom treningu.<br><br>Vidi <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> I ja sto vise proucavam taj sistem treninga to sam vise 'zbunjeniji' i sve mi je onak dosta komplicirano. Ovaj gore trening sam pokupio sa jednog drugog foruma i dosta njih ga je pohvalilo.<br><br>Sutra cu isprobat taj first day workout -&gt; taj prvi workout je najtezi zbog broja serija.<br><br>Second and third workout su nesto 'laksi'.<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=216">fitnessHr</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 696<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2008 at 23:05<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;Ok, mislim da sam odprilike shvatio princip HFT treninga i postoji mogucnost da on funkcionira u praksi, ali meni u njemu ima malo nelogicnosti. š. ne postoji bas sustav treninga koji podize snagu, izdrzljivost i hipertrofiju a da jos k tome i topi potkozno masno tkivo( barem ne direktno). Npr. trening snage i izdrzljivosti su dva potpuno razlicita treninga, trening snage i trening za misicnu hipertrofiju su nesto slicniji ali je razlika u tezinama odnosno broju ponavljanja. Primjer za to ti mogu biti olimpijski dizaci utega npr. Pesalov koji razvija ogromnu snagu ali ne dolazi do velike hipertrofije jer bi u protivnom ulazio u visu tezinsku kategoriju. 2. U HFT se tezina odredjuje u RM i sad ako je tebi bench press treca vjezba po redu nakon 4 serije zgibova i 4 serije triceps potiska koliko ti konkretno mozes dici u bench pressu nakon toga. Ja osobno nikad nebi radio prsa nakon tricepsa jer je to ogranicavajuci faktor u razvoju prsa.3. ove pauze od 45 sekundi su definitivno prekratke za trening maksimalne snage, cak i za trening hipertrofije a pogoduju jedino treningu misicne definicije. 4. u svakom treningu raditi deadlift i cucanj je ipak malo previse jer&nbsp;je to tolika potrosnja energije da je ti u PWM i ostalim obrocima nemozes nadoknaditi( jedino ako si na dobroj kuri). Daj molim te ti ili direktor malo jos to prokomentirajte da vidim dali sam dobro shvatio taj princip posto je prilicno kompliciran.</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=26">Mr G.</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 696<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2008 at 19:24<br /><br />Direktor je u svom gornjem prvom postu opisao sistem treniranja i naveo linkove na kojima sve pise o HFT-u.<br><br>Ovako u kratko, svaki dan se radi cijelo tijelo, ali pokusava se kombinirat drugacije vjezbe za odredjene dijelove tijela. Znaci npr. pon&nbsp; se radi deadlift, u sri zgibovi a u petak veslanje u pretklonu. <br><br>Ovaj sistem treniranja podize snagu, izdrzljivost a i misicnu masu istovremeno smanjujuci masno tkivo. Je da nema crobnog ali kombinacijom deadlifta, cucnjeva i bencha npr. u jednom treningu preznojis se cijeli htio ti to ili ne. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br><br>Iako sami autor ovog principa treniranja (Chad Waterbury) preporuca izvodjenje deadlifta i cucnjeva u bas svakom treningu - mislim da je to malo previse i da je bolja kombinacija vjezbi napram samog deranja deadlifta i cucnjeva. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br><br>Pitao si za dan 2. -&gt; U samom pocetku treninga (Aš Zgibovi A2 Triceps s ez sipkom) radis kombinacija zgibova i triceps sa sipkom sa odmorom 55 sekundi izmedju -&gt; zgibovi pa odmor 55 sekundi pa triceps pa odmor 55 sekundi pa zgibovi pa odmor 55 sekundi pa opet triceps pa odmor 55 sekundi i tako radis u krug (sistem kao i superserije) sve dok ne napravis ciljanih 4 serije zgibova i 4 serija tricepsa pa ides dalje na kombinaciju Bš Bench press (ravni) i B2 Iskorak.<br><br>(U prvom danu ti je to pojasnjeno sa:   Rest:  45s between pairings (Aš, rest 45s, A2, rest 45s,  Aš, rest 45s, etc)).<br><br>Sta kazes na takav princip treniranja? <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><br><br>Ako ti nije sve jasno odmah, a nije ni meni sve odprve bilo, procitaj <a href="http://www.t-nati&#ššš;n.com/readArticle.do?id=1324625&amp;cr=" target="_blank">HFT handbook</a>. <br><br><br>]]>

Malo mi to pojasni.&nbsp;Jer ako ti u bench pressu dizes š00 kg max to je š RM. Sto znaci da bi trebao dici 85 kg 5 puta. E sad ti to mozes napraviti ali sigurno ne nakon zgibova i triceps potiska sa ez sipkom? Molim te ispravi me ako sam krivo shvatio i daj mi molim te jos malo to pojasni. Koliko serija sa kojim tezinama i kojim redosljedom i koji je konkretan cilj tog ciklusa treninga ( hipertrofija, snaga,definicija...)? Malo mi je to nejasno, a ne bi volio komentirati dok ne shvatim princip treninga u potpunosti.<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by fitnessHr</span>]]>
