Ukoliko se radi sa sipkom i sirokim hvatom tada malo vise pogadja ledja a ukoliko se "dijamantnim" hvatom primi jedna bucica (full uski hvat) tada vise pogadja prsa i tricu :)</div>]]>

Narocito onaj dio prema pazuhu. Triceps osjetim ako nisu ruke skroz ravne. Ledja ne osjetim ako je kicma skroz priljubljena uz klupu (stisnem ju trbusnjacima). Ramena ne osjetim jer njima podboltam ruke. Isprizim ruke horizontalno iznad glave i prsima ih vucem dok ne budu verzikalne. Zamisljam ko da strik skroz isprizenim rukama vucem.]]>

Ja sam je radila s utezima i tu sam osjetila ledja, nekad triceps kad krivo vracam i na lat mašini gdje izrcito osjetim samo ledja. Sad je u teretanu došla baš sprava za pullover i ja ni u jednom od ova tri slucaja nisam radila prsa..bar mislim  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
