    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=404">innuendo_st</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 693<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2008 at 17:55<br /><br />evo treniram vec 4 mjeseca, jucer sam upisao kickboxing (za usporedbucu stavit slike od prije 4 mjeseca i sada) ne mogu rec da ne vidimnapredak, vidi se (prvenstveno prsni misici i ramena) al mislim da nijeto to, naime mama mi kuva i nemogu zahtjevat neki specijalni rezim i dasada sam odabirem sta ce samo meni spremit za jesti, mislim da sekrecem dovoljno cak sam kupio i vijacu koju preskacem svaki dan bar poš5 min, imam par pitanja&nbsp; koja me zanimaju, ova slika gdje je oznacencrni krug izmedu prsnih misica, jel bi tu trebalo biti misicne mase,nekako mi je cudno jer ja tu nemam nista, inace nisam bas strogo vodioevidenciju jel radim unutarnje prsne misice kao sta bi pazio da jedantjedan radim gornje prsne misice (kosi bench) a drugi tjedan donje(bench)jos jedno pitanje imam osjecaj da je sada sva ova masa na meninekako obisena jel moguce ikako dignit prsne misice da to na nestolici, i jos jedno :)))pitanje trening kickboxa mi je 4 puta tjednosvaki dan osim srijede i vikenda, jel dobro sa tim treningom i daljeici u teretanu 3 puta tjedno pon sri i petak?<br><br>hvala puno <br><br><br>evo slike prije 4 miseca<br><img src="http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y92/bowww/Pš0202š1.jpg" border="0"><br><br><img src="http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y92/bowww/Pš020213.jpg" border="0"><br><br>i od jucer<br><img src="http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y92/bowww/Pš020418.jpg" border="0"><br><br><img src="http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y92/bowww/Pš020415.jpg" border="0">&nbsp;]]>
