Evo vec tjedan dana nisam okusila cokoladu ili neku drugu slasticu niti grickalice. Trudim se dnevno imati 3 obroka i jesti vise povrca i voca ,vise se kretati. Nekako se sada i puno bolj osjecam. Htjela bi poceti sa nekom djetom ali nezna od kuda da krenem. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" border="0"></td></tr></table> <br><br>Kreni od toga da izbacis slatko iz prehrane,to su brzi seceri koji dizu inzulin.<br>kako je inzulin potreban (izmedju ostalog) da prebaci hranjive tvari u mishicne stanice,a kod tebe to nije slucaj,on ih talozi u masti.<br>ako vec moras jesti slatko ( svi se ponekad ubijamo od slatkog ) onda barem <br>napravi tako da ga tempiras,pa ga ubaci nakon neke aktivnosti tipa teretana ili <br>cardio. Inace nikako ! <br>]]>
